The Process
How we work
- 1
A call
About twenty minutes. What's breaking, how long it's been breaking, and what it's costing in time or risk. If this isn't the right fit, that conversation is where we say so.
- 2
An operations review
A fixed-scope review of how the work currently moves — where things are manual, where deadlines are tracked by memory, where documents live, and what would break first under more volume. It produces a written picture of the current state and a short list of what to change first. This stands on its own; taking the list and handling it internally is a legitimate outcome.
- 3
Implementation or ongoing support
Either we work the priority list, or we take over the recurring administrative and compliance work on a defined scope. Most engagements are both.
- 4
A standing check-in
A regular call at a cadence set at the start. Scope adjusts as the business changes.
Good to Know
Frequently asked questions
- Do you work with businesses outside healthcare?
- Yes. The administrative and operations work applies anywhere — professional practices, trades, nonprofits, and small firms of most kinds. The healthcare and government experience means regulated environments are familiar territory, not the only territory.
- Where are you located?
- Reliable Workflow works remotely with clients nationwide. There's no travel cost and no geographic limit.
- How do engagements start?
- With a call, then a fixed-scope operations review. Ongoing work follows if it makes sense for both sides.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing depends on scope, which is set before anything starts. The operations review is a fixed price quoted on the first call.
- Is our information kept confidential?
- Yes. Client work is not named or described in identifying detail without permission, and that applies to anything shared during a conversation.
