The firm

What we're building

Reliable Workflow exists because the administrative layer of a business usually belongs to whoever has a free minute — which means it belongs to no one. We take that layer off the owner's desk and run it properly: the inbox, the calendar, the documents, the deadlines, and the systems underneath them.

The goal is not to hand a business a report about its operations. It's to run the part that keeps slipping, so the owner can do the work only they can do.

Raisa Sarwar

Founder & CEO

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Get to know Raisa

Raisa founded Reliable Workflow after twelve-plus years inside operations that carry real consequences when they slip. She has worked the clinical floor as a CNA, a pharmacy technician, and a medical assistant — the roles where a scheduling error, a missed renewal, or a lost document turns into someone's afternoon falling apart. She then worked as a management analyst at the National Institutes of Health, where the same problems appear as program-level process and compliance questions. That range is the firm's foundation: she has seen how operational inefficiency actually manifests at the level where people feel it, and how it gets addressed at the level where it's governed.

Joseph Burchette

Partner & CTO

Get to know Joseph

Joseph builds the systems side of the firm. Custom internal tools, AI-assisted project management systems, websites, and the automation that replaces manual tracking — the work that takes a process off paper and out of someone's memory. He works with Raisa on scoping every engagement, so what gets built matches how the work actually moves rather than how software assumes it does.

Our Approach

How we work

  • We do the work, not just the recommendation.
  • Scope is defined before anything starts.
  • Confidentiality is the default.
  • Remote, nationwide — no travel cost, no geographic limit.
